Re: Terroristic Threats by Gina and Chanel Morris

Dear Ms. Gina Morris and Ms. Chanel Morris:

It has come to our attention that the both of you have told Andrew Pennington, John J. Rigo and others that Alyssa Harmon has been making detailed death threats against you. Gina Morris also said that Alyssa had sent “death threats” in her recent e-mail.This behavior is a continuation of your filing electronic stalking complaints against Alyssa with the University of Texas at Austin and the American University in Paris.

Both of you know these statements of death threats are untrue.

Alyssa and I successfully fought your complaints with the two Universities. In dismissing the complaint, the Dean at the American University of Paris found , “As a clinical psychologist, I also found the tone and language of Mrs. Morris' email a bit disturbing.” The University of Texas also found that you misrepresented you authority and the process, and dismissed the complaint without even opening a formal file.

Before Alyssa returned from Paris, both of you began contacting others, even at their places of employment, to try to find Alyssa and spread your false statements. It was only after you both began to stalk Alyssa again, that she contacted the website where Gina Morris posted poetry in an effort to stop this behavior. It has now been repeatedly and clearly established now that Alyssa only contacts you after you begin provocative behavior in an effort to protect herself.

I have especially alarmed that the behavior of Gina Morris is becoming more paranoid, delusional and threatening as reflected in her last web posting in response to contact with the poetry website:

"Do not contact my site again. 24-hour videotape surveillance and perimeter security in numerous guises await your breaking a protective order filed against you. Orders are not to hesitate to summon all available local officials, hired and specially appointed authorities and take ANY AND ALL action as required to halt your stalking and threatening behaviors; immediately for your arrest as your likeness has been captured in all the manners necessary to have you incarcerated immediately.We turn over every email and document from you to all the entities who are monitoring and safeguarding this situation. You are going to end up getting yourself in very serious legal and personal trouble and for what reason? Get a life and move on. Leave us alone! Stop threatening that you know where we live as we too also know where you live. Mobile units, perimeter surveillance, motion detection, on-site monitoring, back-up monitoring, inside security and recording cameras which capture visual, auditory and all movement even in zero light. You will go straight to jail."

The above rambling language suggests a paranoid and delusional person cable of striking out against a perceived threat. These statements threaten Alyssa with injury and imprisonment. They constitute a terrorist threat.

In addition to these false statements, Alyssa now advises me that she has received 155 hang-up telephone calls at her place of employment over three days and a twelve hour period.

I had advised Gina Morris by telephone in the past that these behaviors would not be tolerated. As a result of this increasingly psychotic behavior, I began a full investigation to consider the proper alternatives to stop this behavior on both your parts. The following is just a part of my investigation:

1. After receiving the e-posting from Gina Morris and an e-mail from Mr. John Rigo, I contacted Mr. Rigo. He confirmed to me that Gina Morris him that Alyssa had a detailed plan to kill you. After discussing the matter with him, he told me Gina Morris is perceived as difficult to work with and had said she “had been cutting her medication in half” and that her behavior disturbed him. Mr. Rigo, just like the Dean at the American University, also said that he visited Alyssa’s website and found nothing unusual and that it reflected a happy, normal student. Mr. Pennington also considers the behavior he has seen by both of you to be psychotic.

2. You previously refused to provide me with an address to write you a formal letter so I researched your past through the Bexar County Records. Gina Morris last called me (and Alexis Freeman) from telephone number (210) 320-2783. The Caller ID reflected the call was from Peter Horn. Telephone records reflect that the telephone is in fact listed in the name of Peter Horn at 554 Schmeltzer which according to the Deed Records is a house owned by Gina Morris-Boyd.

3. I found records concerning a paternity suit for Chanel Morris, a Hospital Lien against Peter Horn, the Divorce between Gina Boyd and Edmund Boyd, and the Affidavit of Heirship on your family. Everything I found confirms the belief that both Chanel and Gina Morris have been living and telling falsehoods for years. The behavior, though, has intensifies and occurs more frequently.

I have substantial credible evidence that the mental state and behavior demonstrated by both of you is disturbing at least and most likely paranoid and psychotic. As the behavior has escalated I am increasingly worried about the likelihood that either or both of you may strike-out violently against Alyssa as the mental instability increases.

As a result, I want to warn you that if Alyssa or I see any further evidence of either of you contacting Alyssa, business contacts, universities, her friends, or anyone else and spreading these untruths we will contact the San Antonio Police Department immediately and file charges against you both for making terroristic threats. We will also consider all other legal remedies available.

Gina Morris threatens in her e-mails that she has or will contact law enforcement officials. Rest assured Alyssa and I will contact the San Antonio Police Department immediately and will supply them with a copy of this correspondence. all our evidence, and list of witnesses.

In my previous telephone conversation with Gina Morris I have asked her to supply me with the name of an attorney representing her, any protective order issued against Alyssa Harmon, or the names of any law enforcement agents she has spoken with. She has never done any of these things. Again, I would welcome contact from you legal representative or a law enforcement agent to resolve this dispute as you both seem incapable of conforming your behaviors.

You will receive no further contact from me or Alyssa Harmon.

I am sending one of these letters by Certified Mail and one by regular mail, so please do not claim you did not receive it.
